I enjoyed this part much more!
The story flowed and some lingering questions from book one were answered.
I just love the story between Gianna and Caleb, their fire for each other is hot hot hot!
I actually fell in love with Luke in this one too.. If anyone has read book one they'll know he left a bad taste in my mouth.
I learned more back story on some of the characters and it is starting to get completely interesting.
Poor Gianna though all the conflicts she seems to face in her own heart with everything that's going on....
I can't wait to read more... Please don't stop keep this story going and Hurry it up! LOL
If you liked book one or like Vampires I recommend this book! Even if Book one was not your cup of tea.. Give the Guardians two a chance!

This is a paranormal romance. It is the 2nd book in the Guardians series. This book does answer several questions from the previous book. I personally can not wait for the next book. (hint, hint). Gia is overwhelmed at times... but she always tries to make the right choices. The connection between her and all her loved ones is strong and I love how Gia is a daddy's girl. Her and Caleb's love and passion is beyond compare, through thick and thin they stay devoted to each other. Again there were parts of the story that were contradicting to the previous details. Still it was short read that I couldn't put down.

This story is about Gia and her husband Caleb, whom have twins. Gia is the Queen of a vampire coven. Trying to balance her human family, her kids, her marriage and their coven has her emotionally drained and she feels at times she doesn't know who she is anymore. In fact she isn't sure she wants anymore. Can she learn control...if not she fears she will lose herself to the darkness.

The Revelation is a truly apt name indeed for this installation of The Guardians. Many things about the past are revealed from Caleb, Sasha, a not so dead Cain and more importantly, the real reason for the creation of the Dark Angels is revealed. Readers who enjoyed book 1, you ain't seen nothin' yet, because this series' has turned out to be like a fine wine, it only gets better with time.

If you think being a mother is tough, try being a brand new vampire trying to raise two teenage vampires with the raging hormones of a human teen times ten who sped through diapers, terrible twos, adolescence and puberty all in the course of three years. As if that isn't enough to deal with Gionna must also face threats both inside the walls of her own home when Caleb's ex-girlfriend decides to pop in and pay a visit, and the claws literally come out. Gianna's plate quickly goes from full to overflowing when someone she loves sacrifices themself in an attempt to save her life.

Meanwhile it looks as though their mortal enemies are not as dead as they think, and he has been plotting all this time to get the vengeance he feels is rightfully his. The torment he has planned just may be the final straw that rips apart her heart. He has set several games to play with Gionna, all of which involve her coven, her family and her children.

This series' is a true must read for all vampire lovers, of the non-sensitive variety. Be advised, this book cannot be read as a stand-alone. Readers will be on the edge of there seats from one page to the next, and desperately awaiting Book 3, Blood Vengeance.

This book is exciting, action packed and sexy. The story moves along nicely, has great character development and is a wonderful followup to book one. I love Jennifer Raygoza and look forward to what she brings us in the future!
This book started off right where needed to and went into detail about the children, how the war began again. I love the detail about the Queens neckless. I love the plot with the son. She reintroduces the family and how it appears.

Loved reading this one and can not wait for more of her work.
i have read and will reread these books over and over again. i lover the new twist and how everything is detailed. i will recomened this book to anyone that love vampire books. jennifer is a great aouther and i can not wait until book three comes out. if you like sparkly vampiers then this book is not for you. its not a love story is a noval about a family that loves one another and sticks by each other no matter what the problem.
This was a great sequel to her first book and can't wait for part 3... I read the whole book in 2 hours, had so much action ,romance, and suspense that I didn't want it to end… I can see this being an awesome TV show, everyone would be hooked and its different so people would watch it. I recommend this book to anyone and everyone of all ages/ well over 16 )
